I. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Detox SARL ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the Recap mobile application ("App" or "Service"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

This Agreement is concluded between you and Detox SARL only, and not with Apple, Inc. ("Apple"). Detox SARL, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content.

1.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this App. If you are under 18, you may only use the App with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.

1.3 Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Recap is a meeting recording and summarization application designed to help professionals capture, transcribe, and summarize their meetings. The App provides features including but not limited to:

• Audio recording of meetings and conversations
• AI-powered transcription of recorded audio
• Automated meeting summaries with key decisions and action points
• Speaker identification and transcript organization
• Meeting history and recap management
